Can I bring children?
Family is the whole point. Children are warmly welcome at the daytime events (tea party, tours, brunch). The Saturday evening celebration is an adults-first affair. Count everyone in your RSVP so we plan seats and treats.
Is parking available?
Yes. Downtown Frederick has public garages and street parking. Dedicated event parking and shuttle details will be posted after venues are confirmed.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Accessibility is a requirement for every venue being considered, not an afterthought. If you have specific needs, choose "Accessible transportation" in your RSVP or contact the family so we can prepare properly.
What should I wear?
Each day has its own mood: Thursday polished casual, Friday city smart, Saturday elegant daytime attire and black tie optional at night, then relaxed Sunday brunch. See the dress code guide.
What's the weather like in July?
A classic Maryland summer: warm bright days around 85–90°F (29–32°C) and pleasant evenings near 65–70°F (18–21°C). Light fabrics by day, one elegant layer for gardens after dark.
Is transportation provided?
Shuttles connect partner hotels and the main venues on the big evenings, with coordinated airport pickups for guest groups. Tell us your needs in the RSVP and we'll take care of the details.
Can I change my RSVP?
Of course. Plans change, especially across oceans. Submit the RSVP form again with your updated details, or contact the family directly.

I need a visa invitation letter. Can you help?
Yes. RSVP as soon as possible and mention it in your message. Invitation letters can be prepared for confirmed international guests after the official dates and venues are available. See the international visitors guide.
