What we collect
The RSVP form asks for contact, attendance, travel, dietary, accessibility, and emergency-planning information. The guestbook collects the name, message, relationship, and optional photo or video link you choose to share.
Why we use it
Pamela and Buife's celebration team uses RSVP details only to plan and communicate about the July 2027 celebration. If you opt into updates, the team may contact you through the channel you select. Guestbook entries are reviewed before they appear and may become part of the couple's private celebration keepsake.
Who can see it
RSVP information is restricted to authenticated celebration hosts and the service providers needed to operate the site. Approved guestbook messages and photos are public on this website; RSVP details are never placed on the public wall.
How long we keep it
The team will delete RSVP planning data when it is no longer needed after the celebration. Guestbook keepsake content may be retained for Pamela and Buife unless its author requests removal.
Your choices
You may decline updates, resubmit an RSVP to correct it, or ask the team to remove your RSVP or guestbook entry. Use the contact details included with your personal invitation. A dedicated public celebration address will be shown here once the family confirms it.
